Integrated Barstem AB07 - Gravel Cockpit

The Black Inc Aero Gravel Barstem AB07 takes the aerodynamic logic of the Road Integrated Aero Bar AB02 and adapts it for the control demands of elite gravel racing. Fast gravel demands the same aero considerations as elite road racing, which is why the AB07 features the same clean integration, aero shaping, internal hose routing, and refined hand positions of Black Inc’s road cockpit. But gravel also requires a greater level of control over rough terrain which is why the bars modify the drop geometry and add greater flare to enhance the feeling of control at high speeds in off-road use.

In particular, the -17° flared drop creates a wider and more relaxed position when the terrain demands greater leverage and stability. The narrower hoods continue to allow the rider to stay low, compact and efficient on fast sections, with the option to change to the wider, more secure drop position when grip, braking control, and confidence matter most.
