DELIVERY
Black Inc is happy to offer free worldwide delivery on all new wheelsets and components on orders that are over $600.00. Smaller orders will have a separate shipping surcharge that is calculated depending on the shipping destination and shipment size.
Secure and safe delivery will be arranged by one of our courier partners and shipping details will be supplied once your order has departed from our warehouse.
We ship to most countries, including the USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore. If you are unsure or have any questions about delivery to your destination, please send your inquiry via the contact us page.

DELIVERY TIMES & BACK ORDERS
For in-stock products, we aim to process and send orders within 7-10 business days and will dispatch orders by courier delivery. We strive to keep most items available, but for some high demand products these may be on backorder which means that delivery times may be longer than usual.
