We encourage Black Inc owners to check and save all original packaging and materials that accompanied the product. Please inform us immediately if there was any damage to the packaged goods.

Should you receive the original shipped goods in a damaged condition, whether to the packaging or to the actual product and/or accompanying parts, please refrain from assembly and use until having contacted one of our dealers and or distributors nearest to you.
