You have 14 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it. A 4.5% restocking fee will be assessed on returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. You will also need to provide the original proof of purchase such as a receipt. You will be responsible for ensuring the product is returned to us in its original condition. All returned items must be shipped with a courier service which provides a live tracking number for the returning product(s).

If you need to make a return, please first contact us to arrange where to send the package. Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, please contact us directly.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that it has been well received, and we will inspect that it has been returned to us in its original new and unused condition. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10-15 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
