The Black Inc HYPER 62 wheelset are deep-section race wheels that represent a new level of technical achievement. They are the result of a multi-year development project focused on proprietary carbon spoke construction, bonded hub architecture, hidden threaded tip integration, and a more complete understanding of how a high-performance aerodynamic wheel behaves under load.

The HYPER 62 is Black Inc’s most advanced deep-section race wheelset to date. Though in development for some time, it was the Factor Bugatti project that gave the engineering team a reason to accelerate the design process and transform the concept into a full production programme.

Built around proprietary carbon spoke construction, hidden threaded tip integration, and a 62mm rim profile, the wheels combine low mass, high lateral stiffness, and refined aerodynamic efficiency at higher yaw angles, the wheels offer thoroughly peak performance in a race-ready package.

Every part of the system has been considered: the spoke shape, the threaded tip integration, the bonded flange, the hub preparation, the rim-wall stiffness, and the way the wheel responds under load. The result is a race wheel that feels immediate, controlled, and fast, thanks to the systematic synergies of the design features.

Assembly The HYPER 62 wheels are hand built by artisanal wheel builders and inspected with the latest electronic machines. This process guarantees that every single wheel's quality, performance and reliability.
