Each product is handmade and has passed through a series of rigorous quality control checks where we ensure that they are safe and ready to ride out of the box.

We encourage Black Inc owners to check and save all original packaging and materials that accompanied the products, as we need to know straight away if there was any damage whatsoever to the packaged goods.

Should you receive the original shipped goods in a damaged condition, whether to the packaging or to the actual products and accompanying parts, please refrain from assembly and use until having contracted one of our nearest dealers and or distributors.
