Delivery & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Black Inc. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can find all the information on ordering details on this page, including returns, refunds and delivery.

Delivery

Black Inc is happy to offer free worldwide delivery on all new wheelsets and components on orders that are over $600.00. Smaller orders will have a separate shipping surcharge that is calculated depending on the shipping destination and shipment size.

 

Secure and safe delivery will be arranged by one of our courier partners and shipping details will be supplied once your order has departed from our warehouse.
We ship to most countries, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore. If you are unsure or have any questions about delivery to your destination, please send your inquiry to sales@blackinc.cc
Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, please contact us directly.

 

Delivery Times & Back Orders

For in-stock products, we aim to process and send orders within 2-3 business days and will dispatch orders by courier delivery. We strive to keep most items available, but for some high demand products these may be on backorder which means that delivery times may be longer than usual. Please contact our team at sales@blackinc.cc for up to date information on current lead and delivery times.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. You will also need to provide the original proof of purchase such as a receipt. You will be responsible for ensuring the product is returned to us in its original condition. All returned items must be shipped with a courier service which provides a live tracking number for the returning product(s).

If you need to make a return, please first contact us to arrange where to send the package.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that it has been well received and will inspect that it has been returned to us in its original new and unused condition. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10-15 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
